§ 1 Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions of Amela Fashion, 1207 Delaware Ave #3924, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA (hereinafter "the Seller") apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.amelafashion.com by consumers and businesses.
§ 2 Formation of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button "Buy now", you place a binding order for the goods in your basket. The contract of sale comes into effect when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
§ 3 Prices and payment terms
The prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT. Delivery is free of charge (see Shipping Policy). The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. You will find further detail in our Payment Policy.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery is usually made within 2–5 working days to the delivery address you provide. We deliver within the United Kingdom, to the European Union and to selected countries worldwide. Goods are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by upstream suppliers.
§ 5 Retention of title
The goods delivered remain the property of the Seller until payment has been made in full.
§ 6 Warranty
The statutory rules on liability for defects apply.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in our separate Right of Withdrawal notice.
§ 8 Governing law and place of jurisdiction
The law of England and Wales applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only in so far as it does not remove the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides.
