Two years' guarantee on the make and the hardware. On every seam, every zip, every carabiner and every fastening. If something breaks in that time that is not down to normal wear, we repair it or replace the bag.
We can promise that because we know what goes into it. Every style is tested before it joins the collection – and whatever fails that test, we do not sell. A bag whose strap gives up after four months is not a cheap bag. It is simply one you buy twice.
